Good Life Motorhomes NZ has been established in 2001. Originally it started out as a backpackers rental company. After a few years of operation, the previous owners decided to sell the business. In July 2011, the company was acquired by a South African couple, Gert and Helene Coetzee.
Therefore we would like to introduce ourselves as the new owners of Good Life Motorhomes NZ. As a family owned company we have the ability to be very flexible and to think outside the box. We provide free pickup in Auckland or Christchurch or deliver to you if that is more convenient. We will take all the time you need to explain the vehicle to you and guide you in planning your trip if you require.
All our vehicles are meticulously maintained at the Mercedes dealer to make sure they are 100% fit and roadworthy. New Zealand also has a special check for rental vehicles on safety that is performed every 6 months. With every rental, AA road assistance insurance is included for your peace of mind.

About the owners

Hello, Goeie Dag! We are Gert and Helene, owners & operators of Good Life Motorhomes NZ. We're originally from South Africa, and we are English and Afrikaans speaking. Both of us were former teachers and for the past 15 years we were the proud business owners of Fynbosdraai Caltex service station, in Struisbaai, South Africa. It was a big move for us to New Zealand in July 2011. We really like living in New Zealand; the people are friendly and have a genuine kindness, the country is safe, the scenery is breathtaking and beautiful, and the nature changes dramatically across the country. We call it home now...

We are very happy to be part of the New Zealand tourism industry and we think the best part of it is meeting wonderful people from all over the world. Our goal is to offer the best service we can to our customers, it is really our priority in our motor home rental business.
